Their music blends the raw energy of rock ’n’ roll, the aggression of extreme metal, and the pulsating beats of industrial music together with mesmerizing melodies and addictive hooks, influenced by symphonic black metal and electronic dance music. All of this is wrapped in the carnivalesque theatrics of absurdity and chaos, existing somewhere between avant-garde and shock rock, the band themselves have dubbed this fusion ‘death metal disco.’ Founded in 2015, the group is the brainchild of enigmatic artist King Aleister Satan (a.k.a. Seth Aleister de King Satan) which has evolved from its electro-aggrotech origins into a full-throttle industrial metal band over the years. The act’s vision of extreme metal brings forth an anarchistic blend of bombastic party metal and occult philosophical manifesto, which not only makes your body to move, but explore the human psyche and mythologies while challenging the minds with thought-provoking lyrics, absurdistic dark humor and trickster-like narrative. With all these elements, the band defies conventions, genre-boundaries and embraces controversy the way which should not make much sense on paper - and yet, it has consistently helped to create more and more buzz for the band wherever they go. The band has become known for infectious charisma, energetic performances and provocative antics, with a reputation solidified by active touring in their native Finland and mainland Europe including 19 different countries to the day and graced in renowned festivals like Tuska Festival, Nummirock Metal Festival and Dark Malta Festival. The group has just recently toured over Europe as a direct support for such artists as Turmion Kätilöt and Gothminister, but also shared a stage with Deathstars, Battle Beast, Perturbator and Carpenter Brut among the others over the years, together with own headliner tours as well. With four full-length albums, several chart-climbing singles in Finland and Germany, the band’s latest ’The Devil’s Evangelion’ (2024) album was no exception, climbing #7 at Official Finnish Physical Album Charts and gaining international music video awards and nominations with the music videos directed by the band’s mastermind himself.
