This video was made as a demonstration on slow in-game vsync vs. rivatuner, there was a significant speed difference. However, it appears the slowness comes from vsync being 63fps (rather than 60), Rivatuner is equally slow when set to 63fps rather than 60. Sense? So this is likely NOT a vsync issue (why my vsync ends up being 63fps is not clear, but it is probably just as fast if at the proper 60fps). In-game vsync retards speed and makes overdrive hard. Cpu usage is also lower. Disabling Vsync and using Rivatuner for 60fps limit is faster, the T20 just flies into overdrive and holds it. After I/E update, a fast 60fps is very if not completely similar to full unlocked fps (in my case)? Lap times are typical, if anything the fast 60fps lap is worse, but it quickly boosts itself back to pace after sloppy cornering. Difference is almost 3 seconds, around about 2,5 % slower/faster. Graphics are way low (shadows disabled completely), used to be helpful for getter higher fps, but maybe time to un-nerf settings if decent speed @60 fps.
