Lore: Majin sarv takes place in the same universe as lord r, which is the same universe sel saw that made him paranoid and turn into flip-way sel. Basically there were 2 cursed copies of the mfm mod, one from the official gamebanana page and the other from a google drive of an anonymous person in 4chan. This one is the official copy. The mod authors made it so when you play gospel on alt mode, there's a 5% chance a majin sarv would peak from a pillar. This was meant to be a call-back/an easter egg to majin sonic (who exists in that reality too). Despite being defined as a "simple easter egg," a lot of people who played and saw majin sarv have suffered this nicknamed "majin sarv disease." People who suffer it have seen majin sarv in their gospel alt playthrough (probably hunted for the 5% probability). Infected are reported to have a bluer skin tint and hallucinations of black crosses appearing in their cheeks whenever they look at a mirror, or in a camera of themselves. This "disease" has a 5% mortality rate and can kill 1 out of every 20 people (number of infected still unknown).
