Signal on the left: 4 pairs of US&S 8 inch lights. Signal on the right: 3 pairs of WABCO 8 inch lights and a General Signals Type-2 electronic bell. Went out to the ATN today to photograph some old crossing equipment along the portion of the line between Gadsden and Birmingham. I was lucky enough to also be able to catch Z390 running down this part of the line as well. However, I missed them on the old L&N portion of the line in Gadsden and Glenco, but was able to catch them after they got onto the old SAL portion of the line. They were also running a rather neat lash-up today, with their ex-SP SD40-2T leading their SD40R, one of their GP40-2Ws, and their GP20M-Q!
