Known for its refined Cantonese cuisine, this award-winning establishment is the only Michelin-starred restaurant in the Crystal Jade brand, located in the heart of Orchard Road in Singapore. 🇸🇬🇸🇬 . The crowd favorite here is the classic Peking Duck, which is available à la carte on the menu at S$50 for half and S$98 for a whole. 🦆🦆 . We opted for the Set Menu for 6 persons, priced at S$555, which included a delightful selection of dishes: an appetizer, soup, fish and chicken courses, noodles, and dessert. 🍲🍛🍚🍗🍨 . As a special treat, the longevity peach buns were complimentary as we celebrated my daughter's birthday that evening! 🎉🎉 . We thoroughly enjoyed the entire menu, with standout dishes such as the Steamed Fish, Claypot Kampung Chicken, and the double-boiled Fish Soup. 😋🤤 . The table service was exceptional and highly attentive. Be sure to ask for Captain Ah Fai; his service was outstanding, and his food recommendations were spot on! 😍😍 .
