This episode is a bit of an outlier in the series so i have not given it a number. Canyoning in this location is prohibited, but simply going for an explore is not... but you do so at your own risk! Heed my warnings, and those on the signs, then carry out your own risk assessment before scrambling down into the gorge. I have not given the specific location, but it should not be too difficult to find for those with a sense of adventure. I have included this in the series because the water is stunning, and most importantly, cold! Something which has proven hard to come by this summer, where heatwave after heatwave has made even the high-altitude lakes luke warm. So this is another location to add to your repertoire of cold-water immersion in the next really hot summer, when all the usual candidates are either to warm and/or crowded.
