Try this and let me know if it works: Press the Win + R keys on your keyboard to open the Run window. Type services.msc and click OK. Right-click NTKDaemonService and select Start. Close the window and start Native Access. If Native Access still freezes at startup, please continue: Quit Native Access and all other Native Instruments software. Download the NTKDaemon from here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1dkQy... Right-click the downloaded file and choose Extract All. Run the extracted file NTKDaemon 1.x.x Setup PC.exe. Once the installation is complete, relaunch the Native Access software. If you face any issues while installing the NTKDaemon, please proceed below. In some cases, the NTKDaemon installation displays an error relating to system service permissions. Service 'NTKDaemonService' failed to start. Please follow these steps to ensure that you have the correct privileges for installing system services on Windows. Type gpedit.msc into your Windows Start menu and press enter when the app result appears. In the Local Group Policy Editor navigate to: Computer Configuration - Windows Settings - Security Settings - Local Policies - User Rights Assignment Scroll through the list on the right, to find Log on as a service and double-click it. Click Add User or Group. Add the user account to the list in order to give permission to log on as a service, and click OK. Click OK to close the policy editor window. Try installing the NTKDaemon again. The NTKDaemon installation should now proceed and Native Access will launch. If you still have problems, contact their support. HERE'S THE MAC SOLUTION Steps to fix the install dependencies error from Native Access (these are directly from the Native Instruments support site). Go through each step carefully, ensuring you are looking for the right files and folders: 1. Open Activity Monitor from Applications ➡️ Utilities ➡️ Activation Monitor.app 2. Check if the following processes are running: NTKDaemon, Native Access Helper, Native Access Helper (GPU), Native Access Helper (Renderer) 3. If they are running, select them and click the X button to stop them. Please delete the following files and folders: Macintosh HD ➡️ Library ➡️ Launchdaemons ➡️ com.native-instruments.NativeAccess.Helper2.plist Macintosh HD ➡️ Library ➡️ Privilegedhelpertools ➡️ com.native-instruments.NativeAccess.Helper2 Macintosh HD ➡️ Users ➡️ Your User Name ➡️ Library ➡️ Preferences ➡️ com.native-instruments.Native Instruments.plist Macintosh HD ➡️ Users ➡️ Your User Name ➡️ Library ➡️ Preferences ➡️ com.native-instruments.NTKDaemon.plist Macintosh HD ➡️ Users ➡️ Your User Name ➡️ Library ➡️ Application Support ➡️ Native Instruments NTK (folder) Macintosh HD ➡️ Users ➡️ Your User Name ➡️ Library ➡️ Application Support ➡️ Native Instruments ➡️ Native Access (folder) Note: the User Library folder is hidden. To access it, click on Go in the menu bar and press down the Alt key. You'll now find the Library entry in the menu. Empty the trash. Restart NTKDaemon 1. Open the Applications folder, right-click (or CTRL click on Mac) Native Access and select Show Package Contents. 2. Navigate to: Contents ➡️ Resources ➡️ daemon ➡️ mac 3. Right-click the NTKDaemon Installer Mac and select Open. 4. Follow the installation procedure. Restart Native Access Helper 1. Open Terminal from: Applications ➡️ Utilities ➡️ Terminal.app 2. Copy the following command line, paste it into Terminal and hit Enter: sudo launchctl enable system/com.native-instruments.NativeAccess.Helper2 3. Enter your macOS password when prompted. 4. Start Native Access. That's it. The process should take about 10 minutes total. Unfortunately...I have to do this about every 2-3 months so...I'll be using this video often.
