WATCH IN HD AND READ DESCRIPTION! New video, new fandom, new friendship I have fallen in love with and I just HAD to make a video showing their friendship and brotherly relationship they showed added bonus Austin Butler was in the show but I also fell in love with Callum Turner who plays Bucky. The show is called Masters of the Air which is an incredible true story of a group of American fighter pilots called the 100 during World War 2 who’s job was to drop bombs over Germany and it was hard and they went through alot, the episodes were very emotional at times but WOW what an amazing show and a part of history during World War 2 I had no idea was happening at this time. At the centre of the story, are two pilots, Major Gale ‘Buck’ Cleven and Major John ‘Bucky’ Egan, two real life people portrayed on screen by Austin {Buck} and Callum {Bucky} and my god these two actors played these two men so incredible well and the bond they shared even when Buck is supposedly killed and then Bucky as well - their reunion at the POW camp is still one of my favourite scenes and TBH I CRIED so much seeing them reunited, they were each other’s strengths and helped each other and it was so well portrayed you wanted them to keep their bond during this time. Now, onto the video, I think I “may” have used parts of this song before, did try to search back but nothing jogged my memory but when I was looking for a long for these two this one kept sticking out and I thought why not use it for these two and it has been tricky at times and YES I am aware some of the scenes appear more than once but when finding all their scenes it wasn’t easy but I’m pleased with the result of this video and captured their relationship so well. One thing the line at the end “Where is the hope in a world so cold” I used their reunion scene at the end as the hope and the black and white scenes as the “despair” and “cold” parts when they were at their low points If you are a history buff or into period shows, I recommend this show so much I’m on my third rewatch and its just so emotional and beautiful and gah! Thank you Austin for being in this show because as someone who loves history, I learnt about a part of World War 2 I had no idea about and NOW I have another broship - to me Buck and Bucky are like Obi Wan and Anakin for me and if I’m being honest, Austin and Callum’s chemistry is up there with Ewan and Hayden’s. Another note - some of the voiceovers are not the best, I did try to tamper and play around with the volume levels on the music and voiceovers I think its where I got the episodes from where the voiceovers levels can’t raised high like a movie or show on DVD can but enjoy and the words on screen are the quotes.
