⛔ PaceHunter 1.0 - Part 1/3: Preston police staff break law & breach rights

After an arrest and detention at Preston Police Station for some false accusations, I requested a copy of #pace (Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984) and was only provided with a tatty and torn, partial copy of Code C "This code of practice must be readily available at all police stations for consultation by police officers, police staff, detained persons and members of the public." After confirming our entitlement to the entire thing - and that I had a right to request it in stations as well, which I didn't know tbf - I decided to test a theory and visit various #lancashire Police Stations of differing sizes to do some #auditing and see if any of them abide by the law - most do not and the ones that do, at no point (UPDATE: ONCE, spotted in editing!) have had a complete copy as required by the law and they're never 'readily available', they have to hunt them down or find officers personal copies Enjoy or don't, that's on you, but know that this video and any other #police related ones that I or others make are for YOUR benefit as well as ours - its not just about money or fame and at least in my case, I don't need the former and I abhor the idea of the latter but here we are We have #rights in this country and the #police abuse them constantly - this singular issue is just a tack on a board detailing the levels of abuse and #corruption that is - and likely always was - endemic within the Police Force and they've forced me into a situation where I'm gonna bring them to account now. Should've offered help and I'd have stayed in my bubble but now... well now you're on my radar and I'm all in apparently 😉 As a side note: never talk to the police, even as a victim unless you fit their current 'victim model'. If you do talk/request help, they will ignore you anyway and will simply take everything you say and use it against you - learned this one the hard way and now they can Foxtrot Oscar, never asking for help again barring some extreme cases such as one of my kids being kidnapped or something and even that's only because they have resources I don't and because kids fit the victim model For ref: I didn't complain - who'd have wasted time whining to Al Capone about his boys? 🤣 Police investigating themselves is the most ridiculous idea but I'm sure this video will get someone's attention and hopefully 'Dave' will be disciplined and removed from interacting with members of the public but likely not - I'll probably go see him again at some point 😉. Props to the other guy though as mentioned, he handled the situation professionally at some point I'll be doxxed - be careful what you believe unless evidence is provided. There is a 'crime' I have regularly committed in the last two years that I've confessed to the police already - they don't care but 20 quid says I get a charge for it after this. This is known as vexatious litigation and they do it often when they want to target someone who's annoyed them I will be contacting HNK Solicitors again. They're happy to handle these little scallywag cops but told me to get in touch once the investigation was concluded to avoid negatively affecting it. The case against me was dropped a while back after 6 months of nothing and no charges were put on me - I want to stand before a judge and will happily explain my actions to them there ARE good police officers and I will always try to treat other humans with respect until they give me reason not to fellow auditors: any support that can be offered is much appreciated but I expect nothing tbf so everything is a bonus. The community provides such a valuable service to the citizens of our nation and I hope you can see the benefits of me joining and creating content alongside the people I've watched and - in many cases - admired for so long.
