Episode 2: Living With The Solar Cycles

In this episode (recorded in the final week of February 2026), I share my approach to working with the Solar Cycles to manifest, create magic, and generally direct energies throughout the solar year based on the Sun's transits through the natal chart. This comes at a time when the Sun is making its solar return, activating my 8th house, triggering a mini transformational metamorphosis, and prompting me into a deeper phase of reflection and slowing down. The biggest emphasis in this episode is on respecting the slower, less energetic seasons of our lives and learning how to move through the season of quiet without force, guilt, or anxiety stemming from the perpetual need for productivity and constant achievement. As a recovering overachiever and a constant doer, I’ve had to work very hard to unpack the conditioning around feeling valued as a workaholic and the tremendous guilt that flooded my nervous system whenever I encountered a period of slowdown.
