DePuy Synthes of Johnson & Johnson is the largest, most innovative and comprehensive orthopaedic and neurological business in the world. The DePuy Synthes Sales Training Representative (STR) Program is a 12-month development experience designed to provide the knowledge and skills necessary to begin a successful sales career in the MedTech industry. Hands-on experience with product, field time in the OR with sales teams, and practice of realistic sales techniques are key parts of this program that help train these individuals before they enter their next role in sales. The STRs will be based out of a DePuy Synthes headquarters location for 12 months before being placed in a junior level field-based sales role (territory assignment based on opportunity & need). STRs will be hired for a specific business unit (Spine, Trauma, Sports Medicine, Craniomaxillofacial, Foot & Ankle) and will be assigned a sales geography at the end of the program. Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to build connections with multiple cross-functional partners and learn from top sales trainers and sales representatives.
