The 2025 Porsche Taycan is not messing around. Yes, the high-performance electric car has received a mid-life update, but as far as EVs go, this is one of the most significant upgrade packages that we've seen yet. In fact, the headline numbers for the mid-sizer are frankly hard to believe. Of course, the misleadingly named Turbo S now does sprints from 0-100km/h in 2.4 seconds, down 0.4s, but the newly installed Turbo GT flagship can do the triple-digit dash in a very scary 2.2s. Better yet, the maximum DC fast charing rate is now 320kW, up 50kW. It's also claimed to be far more consistent than any other series-production EV.
