Halal Hainanese Chicken Rice: Kim Wah, Kemaman

Hainanese chicken rice is my favourite type of chicken rice. During my travels all over Malaysia, when it comes to food, other than Chinese Char Kuey Teow (CKT) I would usually look for Hainan style chicken rice. The aroma of the rice and savoury taste of the chicken is just heavenly. Similar to Chinese CKT, most Chinese stalls selling Hainan style chicken rice are not Halal, although you could still find the halal ones at shopping mall's food court or go to any of 'The Chicken Rice Shop' outlets. But I've always preferred to try out smaller freestanding chicken rice shops. Do give Kim Wah a visit when in Kemaman.
