Bushcraft: Harvesting Silver Birch Burr or Burl to turn into a Kuksa and Spoons

Hi what can i say this is one of the biggest silver birch burr I've ever seen, so it would be a waste to leave it and let it rot out so I thought i would make a video to see if we get some good wood out of it to make a Kuksa and spoons or if I was just a waste my time. It was also good to get the Gransfors axe and Bahco saw out as i think they make a great team. In bushcraft it helps if you develop a keen eye to look out for interesting pieces of wood whether its for carving or to make some other whittling project.
