100% brand new guitar came for repair, probably damaged in transport, but now better than new because I did proper set-up and few more things to get excellent instrument (which really is by itself). Very nice combination of wood, all solid and for price less than 400€. It has very "woody" quality of sound, so I decided to do quick recording of three very different songs (in style and sound) from my acoustic/unplugged repertoire. Recorded with smartphone with slight sound enhancements in post-production. Bad Company's version is probably played in some open or modal tuning (Mick Ralphs was fond of different tunings) on 12-string guitar, but this quite budget dreadnought guitar proves that plenty of sound is hidden inside :)
