For more information on how to configure Kappanhang (IC-705 Wi-Fi Remote Control for Linux) please goto: https://github.com/nonoo/kappanhang An update from the developer (thanks for the quick reply Norbert, much appreciated) regarding ALSA support (needed for Direwolf) - suggests using Dmix ALSA. More information can be found at: https://alsa.opensrc.org/Dmix - this works for the audio output, but you will also need Dsnoop for input (this may be installed on some versions of Linux; if not, you will need to download, compile and install it.). I found that Direwolf 1.6 will work with pulse audio, however the DCD will not work with mapped or Hamlib ports - so that still needs some work as currently for AX.25 you will get collisions, as expected.
