We are talking #Brompton! The quintessential, British-made, folding bike that’s taking the world by storm. In this video we’re diving into the Brompton P-Line models. If you are looking for the all-steel classic or a more fundamental introduction to the range – check out our previous video on the Brompton C-Line range. If you’re in the right place – let’s dive in. • The Brompton C-Line | Our Review So the Brompton C Line is the well-loved classic Brompton. The inimitable all-rounder. However, if you’re looking for something a little bit more performance focused. Something with a little more zing and zip… the Brompton P-Line might be more to your liking. The P-Line has all the quality and versatility of C-Line with the benefit of a titanium rear frame and fork making it nearly 2kg lighter – the weight of a standard sized brick or 2 litres of water. This doesn’t just mean it’s more portable and easier and take up and down stairs (although it’s certainly appreciated) it actually has a significant effect on the ride itself. Enhancing the control and response for next level performance and handling. P-Line comes in a 4 speed (meaning 4 gears), making it nippy but very capable on climbs. When you buy, you have the choice of either a low or mid handlebar option. Lower bars providing a sportier riding position and mid offering good balance and adjustment for taller and smaller riders. …and if that wasn’t enough - it includes the rear roller wheels make it even easier to transport and push around. The Brompton P line is an essential companion for those navigating the hustle and bustle of busy life. Pedal to your destination, fold up your bike and carry it in. When it’s time to leave, your ride is ready in less time than it takes to call an Uber. Personally, the P-Line is my go-to. It has the iconic and timeless looks of the original steel Brompton with a whole new ride-feel. This is thanks to the titanium which is naturally forgiving. It feels slick and smooth even over rough road surfaces, but it’s stiff where it matters. You can glide through the streets looking and feeling good and, when you want to put the hammer down, all that power is translated to speed. Practical, versatile and incredibly fun to ride. Now for those that need a little more juice – there is the Brompton Electric P Line. The perfect companion for those looking for a little extra boost to their ride. You’ll still provide some of the pedal power but pedal assist means you can go a little bit further and faster than you can on just your own steam. It’s practical too, It’s easy to charge with a detachable battery and you can keep any eye on battery life on the handle bar controls. A very modern way to travel. Who needs cars? #Cycling #Commute
