Albania Trip part 2 - Shkodër City. Shkoder is a small city in northwest Albania and often used as the gateway to the Albania Alps Mountains or a stopover point between Montenegro and Tirana. We stayed here only for a night to catch up with the bus/minivans heading to Theth for hiking adventure.
