They are responsible for projects such as Pyramid Point, Great Pond Estate and Manukah Oaks housing development. The word "Paradisiac" means: of or resembling paradise, which is a fitting name for this pristine development which is also dubbed the "Jewel of the Caribbean". We made our first trip to this location in April 2024, making this an overdue update. The area is and has developed quite a bunch since our last visit and we are proud to once again cover this development and the progress thus far. Referred to as a Luxury Residential Resort, this development offers or will be offering four (4) category of dwellings or living facilities. Namely: Houses, Duplexes, Condominiums and Villas. They did not stop there as each of those are further subdivided into precious gems with attached meanings and connotations. This is indeed a special project, with it being one of the most elaborate in the family line up. The development is now about 70% of the way in terms of their production and we will aim to follow the progress and make updates as they unfold.
