Seoul Vlog Episode 2 // Dongdaemun Design Plaza (동대문역사문화공원) | Gwangjang Market (광장시장)| Lotte World (롯데월드 어드벤처) ✨ Second day in Seoul: 🍰Quick pit stop at the Russian Cake, a cafe close to Dongdaemun History & Culture Park with delicious cakes [p.s. the signature honey cake was delicious] 🇰🇷 Dongdaemun Design Plaza [동대문디자인플라자] - a must see. DDP is a major urban development landmark in Seoul, South Korea, designed by Zaha Hadid and Samoo. It is a multi-cultural complex designed to support the spread of culture and the development of design and fashion in South Korea. Truly beautiful and simply iconic, it is definitely worth visiting! 🥢Gwangjang Market (광장시장) = "to gather from afar and keep altogether." One of the largest and oldest markets in Seoul, Gwangjang Market is basically a large wholesale market selling a variety of traditional goods, groceries, dried fish, clothing items and more. The most popular section of the market is the food street connected to the East Gate, North Gate 2, and South Gate 1. For me, one of the best experience you have in Seoul. A place where tradition, culture, and delicious Korean street foods all meet in one lively and colorful market in the heart of Seoul. [p.s. First time that I tried 어묵 (eomuk) and it was...very interesting haha] 🎢 Last stop is Lotte World (롯데월드 어드벤처), located in Sincheon-dong, Songpa-gu, it is an amusement park divided into an indoor 'Adventure' theme park and a 'Magic Island' outdoor theme park (with direct access to subway).
