Many times I'm "accused" of being extremely effusive and exaggerated when describing the bands that appear in Tremendo Garaje, and never being critical with any of them... Of course, I'm a passionate guy, who only shares on his shitty channel the bands he loves, I've never done a bad review, nor have I ever written anything bad about a band, no matter how horrendous I think it is. When I don't like something I just ignore it and what I really like I defend vehemently, to talk bad about something, the rest of the world is always ready. That's why meeting a guy who is more passionate than you, can be really satisfying, and one of them is the guy who runs Atlanta's Chunklet Industries, Mister... Or maybe I should say, Master Henry Owings. You won't find a better recommender or curator than him, and yet when he first spoke to me months ago about the local Ultra Lights, for a moment I thought he might be “exaggerating”... Not at all, Henry! They are as good as you say, and that a band that has been around for such a short time, can sound like a classic band of those that have been part of your life without knowing why, is something that hasn't happened to me since Tucson's Class. Ultra Lights' masterful formula may seem as simple as it is desperately difficult to achieve, and you should never practice it at home because your frustration level can reach really damaging limits. Furious jangles with a 90's feel where unique ultra-catchy raging hook-laden melodies, that maybe remind you of so many bands that it would be impossible to list them, are led by a pissed off rabid guitar sound, while a voice thrown with a certain disdain seems to reproach you: "You think it's easy?
