A4776604 Copper is a goofy 2-year-old blue-and-white male Pit Bull who was brought to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on November 15th when his owners lost their home. Weighing 79 lbs, Copper has the classic Pit Bull personality: funny, active, and affectionate. He eagerly makes friends wherever he goes and cherishes human companionship. With a medium energy level, Copper is an athletic dog who will gladly join you on walks, hikes, or runs, and then curl up for a good snooze. We believe he is housebroken and can see that he has been well-socialized, but he will benefit from some additional leash training to polish his on-leash manners. Copper wants to play with other dogs, and he should be properly introduced to them because of his enthusiastic play style. Copper will be a fun and devoted indoor pet and best friend for an active individual or family, ideally living in a home with a yard in which he can romp.
