Prior to joining Lazard, Vasco completed his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Bristol and began his career at Baring Brothers working in London and Madrid. Having spent over 18 years at Lazard, Vasco has worked on numerous transactions but has a particular focus on the support services, distribution, construction and the building materials sectors. Some of his highlight transactions include advising Her Majesty’s Government on the sale of the Tote to Betfred and also Royal Mail on their IPO!
