From speaking to my many clients (who are all tradesmen such as yourself), I have found that one of the main area’s Tradesmen struggle with is Time Management and for this reason, I found that it was crucial that I included a chapter on Time Management in The Tradesman’s Survival Guide book, to ensure Tradesmen such as yourself will never waste another minute in your business. To get your Time Management system in place all you need to do is get your priorities in order. The best way for you to do this is to break your tasks down to €10, €100 or €1,000 tasks and then delegate accordingly. As a business owner, you should be aiming to only do the €1,000 tasks in your business and delegating the rest. Doing this will keep you from wasting your own time and put you in a position to grow/scale the business.
