24 Valve Cummins Injector TEARDOWN! I've wanted to do this for a while now so in this video I teardown a 24 valve cummins injector and show you all what is inside. We get to see how a cummins injector works and how it comes apart and goes back together. Everything from the injector body right down to the nozzle and pintle come apart. I used a stock injector off my 2nd gen 24 valve that I had laying around from when I installed the 125 hp injectors from diesel auto power. You can use this video to do an injector rebuild and service your injectors with a injector rebuild kit or how to change cummins injector nozzle. Nozzle replacement is straight forward. This video can also help show how to do a cummins injector cleaning for a clogged injector fix.
