He talks about how he's been part of the Alliance for 11 years and how that time has shaped him into the person he is today. He reflects on the ups and downs of his journey and how he learned to cope with the challenges and rejections that come with being in sales. He then goes on to share the first key to selling, which is activity. He says that all the training and sales information in the world doesn't mean anything without actually putting it into action and picking up the phone to make sales calls. He then talks about the importance of mindset and how rejection is a part of the sales process, but it shouldn't be taken personally. He emphasizes the need to adopt a mindset of "this too shall pass" when faced with highs and lows in sales.
