The Tea Industry employs over 120 million people globally, the vast majority of these communities remain as some of the poorest in the world. Many are unable to even meet their basic needs, despite being in full time employment. Our Founder, Sheikh Aliur Rahman, has spent over two decades working to create a sustainable model for the tea industry.
