Brush hogging 4 acres of small brush and saplings. This property had the timber harvested previously and had a few remaining stumps. There was a lot of water around the perimeter of the area to be brush hogged, which made some areas inaccessible. I went as far as possible to clear the underbrush and saplings. The property owner was in the process of listing the land for sale and wanted it mowed. Upon completion of the brush hogging the real estate agent came out to take photos for the sale listing. I recommended that the customer add the cost of this project to the asking price so he could recover his money in the sale. He was very appreciative because he thought he was going to lose the money spent on the brush hogging. I always recommend that my customers consider adding the cost of services to their sale price so they can recover the money spent.
