Giant house spider couple vs deadly European wasp.

Eratigena atrica(atrica) couple meets Polistes dominula. I found a small wasp nest within the indoor window lock of one of the rooms in my house. It may have held only 4 wasps, but one flew away on a sunny winterday when I opened my window. I've been stung twice now by accident (non aggressive wasps), so they have to go. I've fed my others spiders the two other wasps. After unscrewing the lock this one was left. Other spiders are better equipped to deal with wasps, so feeding it to my giant house spiders was very scary for me because it had gone wrong in the past, where the wasp killed the giant house spider. So this was a stupid risk in hindsight. I won't do it again until their story is told. It made a nice video though... Male and female together since August 27 2024. 5 months now! Unbelievable. The books say the male dies several weeks after mating.
