ABOUT THIS SERIES: We live in a world where “more” is almost always assumed to be better. More connection, more certainty, more drive, more accomplishment – these things sound good…and, often, they are. But Scripture (and experience) remind us that even good gifts, when taken to extremes, can become distorted. What begins as a blessing can quietly become a burden. This four-week series invites us to self-evaluation and self-awareness: to step back and to notice where abundance tips into excess. We’ll explore how easily our lives can become unbalanced – not because of what is wrong, but because of what is overdone. Sometimes faithfulness means pulling back, making room, and remembering that God’s ways often run counter to our instincts of “bigger, faster, stronger.” At its heart, this series is about wisdom. Wisdom to recognize the difference between healthy devotion and unhealthy obsession. Wisdom to know when to release control and when to receive grace. And wisdom to rediscover the freedom and joy that come when we live not in extremes, but in the rhythms of God’s Spirit. _______________________________________________________ CONNECT WITH US: As much as we try to avoid the label (and all the baggage that comes with it), White’s Chapel is admittedly a big church. And we know that, with hundreds of opportunities to grow and serve, it’s easy to get overwhelmed; but we’re here to help every step of the way to make WC the “biggest small church” around: to make WC not just a church, but your church. Wherever you are on your journey of faith, White's Chapel has a place for you to worship, study, grow, heal, and serve. ►Connect through our Website https://whiteschapel.org ►Subscribe to our YouTube Channel / @whiteschapelmc ►Follow us on Instagram / whiteschapelmc ►Like us on Facebook / whiteschapelmc
