Daruma Plateau ( Mid to Late November ) Mt. Daruma Plateau is located in the northern part of the Izu Peninsula at an elevation of about 620 m. It offers a luxurious view of the "sea and mountains" with Mt. Fuji, especially in the autumn. ■Osezaki ( mid to late November ) Osezaki is a peninsula jutting out into Suruga Bay from the northwestern tip of the Izu Peninsula, and has long been known as a scenic spot from which to view Mt. Fuji. ■Izu Nagahama Castle ( mid to late November ) Izu Nagahama Castle is located at the base of the Izu Peninsula is designated as a national "historic site" as a valuable pirate castle. ■Mt. It is known as a mountain with a spectacular view of Mt. Fuji. ■Mt. Takao ( mid to late November ) Mt. Takao is a 599-meter-high mountain in the Tama region of Tokyo. The summit of Mt. Takao offers a panoramic view of Mt. Fuji to the southwest. ■Rokudoyama Park ( Mid-November to early December ) Rokudoyama Park is a forest park located in the northern part of Tokyo and is one of the best viewing spots of Mt. Fuji in Tokyo. ■ Lake Tama ( Mid-November to early December ) Lake Tama is an artificial lake built on the Sayama Hills in Higashiyamato City, Tokyo. Mt.
