I must say, some of these affordable and basic drills are surprisingly inexpensive and don't compromise too much on quality. The fundamental quality of even the cheapest tools from some Chinese brands is remarkably good compared to what was available in the past. This particular drill, which costs only 13 pounds, works well and is pleasant to use. Given the quality of this cheap drill, I'd expect a 300-pound drill from a well-known brand to be able to fly into my hand now. The only drawback of this drill is the spindle lock; however, the leaking grease is manageable. And the chuck on it is also suprizingly nice.
