Noah’s been asking us to make it again! 🤣 ⭐️ Ingredients: 4 cups cassava flour (we used Tapioca Flour) 1 teaspoon salt 150 ml oil (2/3 cup) 150 ml water (2/3 cup) 150 ml milk (2/3 cup) 4 eggs 1 cup mozzarella cheese 1/3 cup cheddar cheese ⭐️ Directions: 1. Start by putting the flour in a bowl and set it aside. 2. Add the oil, water, milk and salt in a pan and bring it to a boil. As soon as it starts boiling and rising from the pan, take it out and pour it on the flour. Don't Let the liquid cool, just put it directly on the flour. Mix it well till it's all crumbly. 3. Wait 10 minutes for it to cool so that the eggs don't scramble when you put them in. 4. Add in the eggs and mix. 5. Add the two cheeses. 4. roll the dough into balls and put it on a pan 5. Bake it in the oven for about 35 minutes. I promise you, you wont regret making this. (I also like to sometimes put cut up pieces of sausage and garlic in there for extra flavor but it's still good on its own).
