📦 Karveli Cashier – Staff Operations App Release Notes – Version 1.0.0 We’re excited to announce the launch of the Karveli Cashier app, designed to streamline branch-level order management and support smooth coordination between kitchen staff, delivery riders, and customers. This app empowers cashiers and in-store staff to efficiently track and manage every stage of the order process. The Orders dashboard provides real-time visibility into all customer orders. Orders are automatically categorized as Pending, In Progress, or Delivered, helping staff stay organized and prioritize tasks quickly. Pending orders can be confirmed and passed to the kitchen, while completed ones can be marked as ready for rider pickup. This structured flow helps ensure no order is missed or delayed. In the History section, staff can access a full log of all previous orders, filtered by date, status, or payment method. This allows for quick resolution of customer inquiries, easier reconciliation of daily transactions, and better tracking of branch performance over time. The Riders module gives you live insights into rider activity. Assign available riders to ready orders, track their delivery status, and view estimated delivery times. This coordination helps reduce delays and improves overall delivery efficiency. This initial release also includes several backend improvements and performance optimizations, ensuring a fast, responsive, and user-friendly experience across all devices.
