This land is famous for its flavorful tea and UNESCO world heritage - Century old Darjeeling Himalayan railway. Few details which I would like to share from my journey: 📌 How to reach : There are plenty of trains to New Jalpaiguri. Or you can take flight to Baghdogra. Thereafter You can take private/shared cab to reach Darjeeling. 📌 Plenty of hotels. Try to find one at Mall Road. 📌 Personal cab for sightseeing for 2 days, which cost us around 5000 ( pretty costly), but we also got plenty of time to admire the beauty around. 📌 Numerous travel agents who can provide such cab facilities. Prices are negotiable but according to the season. 📌 A little difficult to find pure vegetarian food.
