MRI: BRAIN (Plain And Contrast Study) A well-defined extra-axial homogeneous intensely enhancing lesion in the posterior parafalcine region around the tentorial incisura / posterior temporal–occipital parafalcine area posterior to the temporal horn of the lateral ventricle, likely involving the inferior temporal gyrus or parahippocampal region without extension into the brainstem or cerebellum with dural attachment (“dural tail” sign) in some planes. IMPRESSION: A well-defined extra-axial homogeneous intensely enhancing lesion in the posterior parafalcine region around the tentorial incisura / posterior temporal–occipital parafalcine area posterior to the temporal horn of the lateral ventricle, likely involving the inferior temporal gyrus or parahippocampal region without extension into the brainstem or cerebellum with dural attachment (“dural tail” sign) in some planes.- Needs further evaluation with follow up scan and MRS for ?Meningioma/ Hemangiopericytoma / ?AVM (Arteriovenous Malformation)
