Jodi's Grand Garden of Rescued Succulents

In this video, you'll tour a garden unlike any other, delight (as I do!) in Jodi's enthusiasm, and benefit from her tips and hard-won experience. Joining us is sweet and funny succulent expert and grower Rick Bjorklund. Jodi and John Visosky's one-acre garden in Spring Valley, CA showcases thousands of mature cacti and succulents of all sizes. Although landscaped areas look long-established, they're actually fewer than five years. How's that possible? It's filled with succulents no longer wanted by their previous owners, often because the plants grew too big. It's a win-win-win: John and Jodi get free succulents and cacti, savor the thrill of the hunt, and solve others' problems. How do they find unwanted succulents?
