Check this video for details:    • Phantom Bow for everyone! • Battlefield 4 ...   This tutorial explains how to access the Phantom Bow on Hangar 21 without having the Final Stand Dogtags equipped. Keep in mind that you still need a friend who has at least one of the randomly found Final Stand Dogtags and you still need the rewards from the earlier Phanton Assignments! But this will still save you a lot of time searching for those tiny dogtag cases that are randomly placed on the maps. CAUTION: This might be patched soon (update: it wasn't patched in years, so..) and you might loose your Phantom Bow again if you don't have at least one of the Final Stand Dogtags.
