Don't get me wrong OEM is the way to go but in stages. I directed the client to purchase the MS919 as it had a lot of features that the OEM tool has. After he purchased the ms919, he needed to replace a TIPM module and he hired me to install the Chrysler J2534 application on his computer to program it. I told him for this particular vehicle ( and based on the service information ) This module didn't need programming, it just needed coding.
