St. Antuan Katolik Kilisesi (Fransızca: St. Antoine), İstanbul'un en büyük ve cemaati en kalabalık Katolik kilisesidir. Beyoğlu'ndaki İstiklal Caddesi üzerinde Galatasaray'dan (Galatasaray Lisesi tarafında) Tünel'e doğru giderken sol tarafta bulunur. Kilise Fransiskenler tarikatına bağlıdır. Tarih; 1230'da rahipler, kurucuları Assisili Aziz Fransua adına, Galata civarında bir kilise inşa ettiler. 1639 ve 1660 yangınlarında iki kez yanan ve her yangından sonra yeniden aynı yerde kurulan Aziz Fransua Kilisesi en son geçirdiği yangın olan ve bütün çevresini yutan 1696 yangınından sonra Beyoğlu'ndaki yeni konumuna taşındı. 1724 yılında Pera'da Aziz Antuan adı verilen bu yeni bir kilise Osmanlı İmparatorluk saray ve devlet hizmetinde bulunan ve ayrıca ticaretle uğraşan Katolik ülkelerin (ekserisi İtalyan-Fransız) vatandaşları ve onların aileleri için inşa edildi ve kutsandı. Mimari; Şimdiki, cephesi kırmızı tuğla taşlarla örülü kilisenin inşasına, 1906 yılında eskisinin yerinde başlanmış ve 1912 yılında Aziz Antuan'ın naşının Padova Basilikası'ndaki yerine taşınmasının yıldönümü olan 15 Şubat günü Rahipler, yeni kiliselerine taşındılar, kilise kutsandı ve ibadete açıldı. İstanbul doğumlu İtalyan Mimar Giulio Mongeri tarafından İtalyan Neogotik üslubunda, betonarme olarak inşa edilmiştir. 20x50 m ölçülerinde, Latin hacı biçiminde ve Neogotik üslupta inşa edilmiştir. Kilise duvarları belirli yüksekliğe kadar mozaik kaplama ve yapının dış cephe duvarları tuğladandır. Kilisenin girişi, kiliseye gelir sağlamak için inşa edilmiş iki bina arasındaki kapıdan verilmiştir. Bu kapı kilisenin avlusuna açılır ve İstiklal Caddesine bakan bu cephenin genişliği 38 metredir. Architecture; The construction of the current church, with its facade covered with red bricks, began in 1906 on the site of the old one, and on February 15, 1912, the anniversary of the transfer of the body of St. Anthony to its place in the Basilica of Padua, the priests moved to their new church, the church was consecrated and opened for worship. It was built in reinforced concrete in the Italian Neo-Gothic style by the Istanbul-born Italian architect Giulio Mongeri. It was built in the form of a Latin cross and in the Neo-Gothic style, measuring 20x50 m. The church walls are covered with mosaics up to a certain height and the exterior walls of the structure are made of brick. The entrance to the church is through a door between two buildings built to provide income for the church. This door opens onto the courtyard of the church and the width of this façade facing Istiklal Avenue is 38 meters.
