https://www.vhm.nl/AA33200 In this video we show how to mount the VHM cylinder head on a Honda CR500R cylinder, including the decompression valve for easy engine start! 00:06 First make sure to measure the piston height and check if it matches the insert 00:09 Mount cylinder head + insert + decompression valve + spark plug + O-rings at once 00:20 Place the 7x washers and 7x bolts and tighten manually at first 00:27 Set torque wrench to 2.2Kgm and tighten the bolts crosswise 00:40 Now set the torque wrench to 3.1Kgm and tighten the decompression valve 00:49 Then set torque wrench to 2.5Kgm and tighten the spark plug 00:56 Place spark plug cap 00:59 Attach both water hoses to the waterpipes on the head and fasten the hose clamps 01:07 Mount upper engine bracket 01:18 Mount the fuel tank and place the seat 01:24 Fill out the radiator with coolant
