The Positive Film Buff's Top 10 Favorite Films of 2024

I always desired to make a series of videos focusing on my Top 10 Favorite Films of the Year, and presenting them in the style and formula of an old “Disney Classics on VHS” promo I kept seeing as a little kid. I actually made and uploaded four videos of that series, but had since deleted them because I felt that trying to do those kind of videos takes so much time, particularly when I have to write and record. Still, my desire to make videos like this remained intact, and ultimately, I believe I have finally came up with a way to create those videos without having to spend so much time doing any recording or writing. In these new remakes of those “Favorite Films of the Year” videos: My number has been extended from five to 10. I only narrate during the opening and closing sections. My thoughts on the films are showcased through captions. I’ve used some great green screen effects to have the clips play on a movie screen. Several lines of dialogue from the films are heard. And a more upbeat song from the film plays in the background (but instrumental only). All those changes have been made in my remake of my Favorite Films of 2024. Hope you enjoy this video.
