Rich, a rapper who broke out on his own in 2012, when he launched a solo career under a new moniker, Arif. Born and raised in Oslo, Norway, the quick-witted, quick-delivery MC helped form BAWS in 2009. After winning the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation’s prestigious “newcomer” award in 2012, Untouched Artist of the Year, he signed with the major-label EMI/Warner Music Group a year later and released his second EP, Aldri & Alltid. In 2014, he released the hit single “Lowkey”, while “Kanke Gi Opp” landed in 2015 along with the album Highend/Asfalt. He won “Spellemanprisen” in2015 (the Norwegian Grammy's) for his album released by Nora Collective. In 2016 the song "7" with Unge Ferrari was featured in Norwegian teenage phenome show SKAM (NRK) and made him performing around North Europe, before Arif followed up with his Norwegian Platinum certified single "Alene" in the summer of 2017.
