Raffles Singers Presents: Beyond the Horizon our first ever digital concert! We hope to bring to you our music, even during these times of the pandemic. In this concert, we reflect upon our journey as Raffles Singers in the past six years. From winning our first Grand Prix in Poland in 2015, to our performances at the 11th World Symposium on Choral Music in Spain in 2017, to our most recent double Grand Prix wins in Austria and Slovakia in 2019, we hope these performances will bring hope and lift your spirits, showing how a small choir in our little island-nation have triumphed on the world stage and flew Singapore flag high! We will also feature our engagement with young budding composers, whose works we have premiered over the years. This includes the world premiere of the first and second place winner of the inaugural Singapore International Choral Composition Competition, organised by Raffles Singers in 2020. Once again, we hope you will enjoy our music, and we look forward to seeing you live! Programme 1.
