It is truly the best and easiest chocolate chip cookie recipe ever. It is crunchy on the edges, chewy and soft in the middle with a slight hint of saltiness to balance the sweetness. Absolutely Delicious and surprisingly easy to make. I have made so many varieties of chocolate chip cookies, some the them have more complicated steps such as caramelising the butter first or adding extra egg yolk etc. This recipe is surprisingly simple. Add sugars to melted butter, followed by egg, flour, baking soda and choc chips. Chill for 2 hr and voila you are ready bake the most amazing chocolate chip cookies ever.
