As the Dalai Lama turned 90, Tibetans living in exile in India reflect on decades of displacement, a fading dream of return, and an uncertain future. For older Tibetans, the trauma of escape lingers. For younger generations, the struggle is one of identity, belonging, and a homeland they’ve never seen.
