In all real buildings around us, there is a lot of electricity use in terms of lights, printers, computers, and other electrical appliances. Also there are many occupants which contribute to internal loads. So, we have two major internal loads of electric load and the occupant sensible and latent load. These loads makes a lot of change to the balance temperature calculation and hence the temperature characteristic of the building. The steady state temperature will change by a factor. . . . In this course on Energy Management in Commercial Buildings, I am going to bring up the trending topics and technology used in our homes, offices and industry to keep them cool and warm as per the comfort requirement.
