Two months before the release of success record “O”, De Staat invited a small group of fans to the studio for an exclusive listening session. No big PA blasting, but instead the attendees got the same experience as the band did while recording their record: through a headphone they heard De Staat play their new songs. Er stond geen grote PA te blazen, in plaats daarvan kregen de aanwezigen precies dezelfde ervaring als de band al die maanden had gehad bij het uitwerken van nieuwe songs: via een koptelefoon hoorden ze De Staat hun nieuwe repertoire spelen, precies zoals het bedoeld was.
