This acoustic guitar belongs to a client who had asked me to fit an L.R. Baggs Lyric microphone pickup to it. Once I'd done the work, I thought I'd try out the guitar, recording it both with the new pickup and a small diaphragm condenser room mic. Neither the guitar nor the pickup are cheap, but you get what you pay for.
