Sandcastles is a feel good story that will appeal to all age groups. It focuses on letting go he feelings inside we don't like and then listening to the voice inside that tells you that you are special, kind, beautiful, confident, brave etc. The story evolves around you on a beach where you meet Shelly the Turtle and Evan the Starfish who are building a special and magical sandcastle. They invite you to help and very soon you start to feel better than you have felt in ages. Of course its also all about sleep, listen to this bedtime story as often as you like.
